  • Purpose:
        ✔ Programme Description: This course aims to capitalise on the growth trends in the Economic sector services industries in Uzbekistan and accommodate the growing need for a wide range of professionals in Economics. By acquiring the skills and knowledge overseen by the course, course graduates will open up a range of job opportunities in areas such as Digital Economics, Corporate Finance, Green Economy, Development Economics, and Economic Consultancy. The course is also designed to help graduates' progression to professional qualifications, as a provides ACCA subject exemptions.

Responsibilities

Visiting Practitioners, who should be able to teach on a range of modules within the subject area, including the associated preparation, assessment setting, marking and review process in accordance with the University Quality Assurance and Enhancement process.

Requirements

  • Master degree highly qualified
  • Bachelor degree will also be considered
  • at least 2 years of industry experience in the subject area.
  • Fluency in English either with 7 IELTS or a subject qualification taught and assessed in English.
  • Teaching experience preferred.

Conditions

Visiting Practitioners will carry the rank of Associate Lecturer, Lecturer, or Senior Lecturer, depending on qualifications. The contract will be on a semester basis or for one academic year, with possible extension.
